Description

Software / EEPROM Repair Service for Bosch Instrument Cluster.

Software damage commonly occurs as a result of voltage spike, voltage drop, or tampering with internal software of the instrument cluster. DEF message will also cause a "Control Module Defective" fault to be stored in the module memory. Various warning lights and/or messages/faulty may also appear (adaptive cruise control , etc).

Repair service patches (correct checksum fault) EEPROM memory and restores full functionality of the instrument cluster eliminating DEF message on the trip meter, as well as resolving the "Control Module Defective" fault.
