Immobilizer System
Programming
/Adaptation/Re synchronization service. Required when a New or Used/Donor part (Instrument Cluster, Engine Control Unit (ECU), Access Start Auth, Kessy, Steering Lock module, etc) is introduced into the current Immobilizer System and prevents the vehicle from starting. The New/Donor part has to be adapted/programmed to match the current Immobilizer System's Identity (VIN #, Login/PIN/SKC, Component Security, MAC Address, and Immobilizer ID).
Audi/VW models from 2005+ with Immobilizer contained within the Instrument Cluster (2005.5+ B7 A4/S4/RS4/TT, 2005+ VW Golf/Jetta/EOS, etc) and Bosch MED9.1 (2.0 TFSI) or Siemens VDO / Continental Simos 6.22a (3.2 V6), Bosch EDC17 and MED17 engine ECUs.
Also included are vehicles with Immobilizer systems integrated into Start/Stop Authorization Module J518 / Steering Lock (2005+ C6 A6/S6/RS6, 2007+ Q7, 2004-2009
VW Touareg/Porsche Cayenne/Bentley Continental)
Requires shipping of all Immobilizer components for coding (Cluster/Access Start Module/Steering Lock/ECU and Keys).
