Returns / Exchanges

All of our Product are subject to 30 Day Return Policy.  Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless product shipped was incorrect or defective on arrival.

Returned products must be in original packaging and not be used or damaged due to incorrect installation.  We will not accept or warranty items damaged due to incorrect installation / installer error. 

We install and test all products we sell.

Services can't be returned, but are covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee.

In certain situations, partial refunds will be granted.


Once the product has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email with status of the return.

Once your return has been approved, a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
